How long does it take to receive my shirts?
It typically takes 10 business days from your date of purchase for your shirt to be produced and then shipped. Please understand that we are a small business and are currently experiencing an increased amount of orders. We are doing our best to support artists, provide a quality product, and make our customers happy. We understand the wait times on our items are a little long and we thank you for your patience while we create you an outstanding product.
Why does it take this long?
All orders are made-to-order so your item is not produced until after you have ordered it. We have many orders and only a few hands. but we do our very best to get orders to you in a timely manner.
I would no longer like to wait for my product / was unaware of the wait, can I get a refund instead?
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds for exceeding the listed wait time as it is merely an estimated timeline. We are willing to refund orders for this reason within the first 24 hours after the initial purchase.
There are white marks or blemishes on my shirt, can I get a refund or exchange?
We DO NOT accept refunds for minor blemishes that are natural in the sublimation process.Blemishes and minor white marks are subject to occur with this method of printing so we will exchange a product at the buyers expense but we cannot guarantee they will not occur again. NOTE: The exchange process for this issue is a case-by-case basis so please reach out to us if you have any concerns. We want you to be happy with your order, and proudly wearing an original piece of art!
How should I wash my shirts? Will they shrink or fade?
All of our products are 100% polyester so they will never shrink, and will never flake, crack, or peel away. To ensure a long lasting vibrant print, wash your garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Our t-shirts and tank tops are quick-dry, so they cost lest to dry, cutting costs on energy, and helping to decrease the carbon footprint
